We offer 3 different levels of support:
- Daylight works monday - friday between 08:00-18:00*
(Included in all our standard licences) - Sunset works monday - sunday between 08:00 - 22:30*
(Jourlicense Sunset is needed) - Sunrise works monday - sunday between 08:00 - 03:00*
(Jourlicense Sunrise is needed)
What´s new?
You call our support number, 010 - 204 02 04, and choose between theese choices:
1. Daylight support
2. Sunset jour
3. Sunrise jour
Are you unsure of wich level of support/jour license, check with your boss or send us an mail.

Calls during jour hours is only for operationally critical inquiry.
If you call in for a NON critical inquiry, please send us a mail, otherwise we will debit you for our work during jour hours.
Is your query critical?
You can always send us an mail, and we will priorities the next day. You can also call us during our opening hours, monday to friday between 08:00 - 18:00 and press 1.
