Cash register freezing

  1. Try restarting the app.
    Don't forget to swipe up the app and close it completely, not just close down from the screen.
  2. Try restarting the entire iPad.
    Hold the top button together with the top volume button on the right side of the iPad for a few seconds before the "shut down" button appears on the screen.
  3. Now restart the iPad by holding only the button on the top of the iPad and let it boot up. Then launch the app again.

Now it should work again!
