Refund

How to make a refund

1. Click on the 3 lines at the bottom left corner to open a sidebar menu.

2. Select History from the list

3. Select the purchase you wish to make a refund on.
Click the big red Refund button to refund the entire purchase.
Alternatively, click the small button at the top right of the product list to refund the specific product. The refund takes place automatically to the card it was paid with within 1-3 working days.
