Indication-LED on Printer

Warning lights:

The Power LED alternately and continuously lights up blue for 3.75 seconds and red for 0.25 seconds.

-The paper is about to run out

The Power LED blinks blue and red alternately for 0.5 seconds each. After continuing this operation for 5 seconds, the LED will enter the status display.
- A device that can only be charged with USB is connected to the USB-A socket (which is not IOS).

The Power LED blinks blue and red alternately for 0.25 seconds each. After continuing this operation for 5 seconds, the LED will enter the status display.
- A "USB hub" has been connected to the USB-A socket (there is no support for this).

 

Error (automatic recovery)

A problem that resolves automatically, the display returns to normal status after a little while.

The Power LED blinks blue (once, 2-second interval).
- Unable to print because the printer head has overheated. When the temperature has dropped, printing continues automatically.

The Power LED blinks blue (twice, 2-second interval).
- Unable to print because the paper has been overheated, when the temperature has dropped, printing continues automatically.

 

Error (with simple actions)

A problem has arisen that can be resolved immediately.

The Power LED lights up red.
-  The printer cover is open, close the cover and the display returns to normal status.

The Power LED blinks red (at 0.5-second interval).
- Out of paper. Replace the roller and the display will return to normal status.

The Power LED blinks magenta (at 0.125-second interval).
- Error with the "cutter". Paper is probably jammed in the door, remove it and close the door.

Error (more serious problem)

The Power LED blinks magenta (once, 2-second interval).

- Insufficient power supply/problem with power adapter.
Try restarting the printer & changing the power adapter. Alternatively, you can try another power outlet. If the problem still persists, please contact our support for further investigation.


The Power LED blinks magenta (twice, 2-second interval).
- A problem with the printer's main thermostat has been detected, try restarting the printer. If the problem still persists, please contact our support for further investigation.
